Storyline
Tyrion Lannister arrives at Kings’s landing to be the Hand and criticizes Joffery’s move and Ned’s beheading. Lannister meanwhile looks for Robert’s children to kill them. Theon Grejoy seeks an alliance against the Lannisters but his father Balon rejects. Theon reveals he will attack north and in Essos Daenerys reach Quarth with her three dragons.
At the army camp, Catelyn seeks a deal with King Renly Baratheon and her son Robb. Later Joffery’s envoy Baelish meets Catelyn and offers a trade: Jaime Lannister in exchange of Sansa and Arya (Catelyn unknowing she is already free). Arya and Gendry (Robert’s son) are taken in by Lannisters as are put to work in the castle, not knowing their real identities. Later King Renly is killed in his camp and Stannis decides to go after King’s landing. Meanwhile, Joffery goes berserk and makes Tyrion hard for him to control. Theon returns to Winterfell and with a little resistance captures Bran Stark and Rickon Stark.
Enraged by this betrayal Robb demands Theon to be brought to him alive. Daenerys in Qarth could not find a ship to Westeros and later witnesses her dragons missing. Jon back at the Night’s Watch is misled by Ygritte and is captured by the wildlings. King Stannis’s army approaches King’s landing and Twyin moves to defend it. Back at Robb’s camp, Catelyn frees Jaime making Robb furious.
